Outside?!

The weather has been so pretty this weekend. Mason is finally getting to go outside. Yesterday, we took Mason to Zona Rosa. (www.zonarosa.com) This is one of the outdoor malls close to where we live. Today, we took Mason and Maci dog to the park. We have a busy week ahead of us. My parents are coming out on Saturday. (YAY! I’m hoping they are resting up…so they can keep up with Mason!) Oh, and if you don’t have a Kirby Vacuum then you should think about purchasing one. We really like it.

My Gym

We just attended our first class at My Gym. It was a lot of fun. Here’s what we did….Mason went down a slide. He bounced with me on a trampoline. They have indoor swings, hanging from the ceiling; this was great because he LOVES to swing. We played in a ball pit. Mason “walked” (the instructor helping moving his feet) on a balance beam. Mason rode in a rocking boat. He rode a “police car” down a ramp. He did a headstand. He played with instruments…AND SOOO MUCH MORE. Wow. There is some really neat classes for 3 months to school age, and I am enjoying as much as I can with Mason right now. It is so neat to see the excitement in his eyes. I would recommend this place to anyone with younger children. (They even do birthday parties.)  GO...HAVE FUN! :)

Mohawk Man

SUNSHINE....finally. I don't know how long it is going to last, but I'm enjoying the sunshine. It's funny how the temperature has been high 30's, low 40's and I thought it was hot outside. I even debated wearing a coat. I am going to the Just Between Friends sale tomorrow. I hope that I can find Mason some summer clothes and maybe a few outdoor toys. YAY for summer!  

Mason and Heath came to visit me on lunch.....Mason is starting to get more hair so Heath fixed it.

Why buy toys? Mason would rather play with the newspaper...boxes...or anything that isn't a TOY!

i like to MOVE IT!

I watch Mason crawl, and I can hear the song " I Like to MOVE IT" playing. Mason is a busy little boy these days. We started Kindermusik two weeks ago. This is such a cute program. When Mason hears music, he will move his little body. A friend recommended I try Kindermusik so we attended a free class....and Mason LOVED it. He just smiles and shakes his arms. He is pulling up on everything. I can't wait until my parents get here (16 DAYS!!!!!)....Mason is going to keep them busy! :) I have found so much for Mason to do around here. We are actually trying out a Gymboree class today. Then next week we are going to try out My Gym. (Yes, I think I am more excited than Mason!) My Gym looks awesome...they have a zip line for Mason. How cool is that?! Then after we finish Kindermusik Village, I am hoping to start the Sign & Sing program. I'm enjoying Mason soooo much!

8 months 2moro!

Our little man will be 8 months old tomorrow. He has changed so much this month. From crawling, pulling up,to Heath hearing Mason say "Mama" on Friday night. He loves to snack on Puffs, Rice cakes, and Yogurt Melts. He had his first ear infection...no fun for little man. AND no sleep for Mommy. I'm ready for warm weather so I can take Mason outdoors. Target already has all the fun summer toys out. I think I'm more excited about the new toys!

Hope everyone is doing well! We miss everyone!

Last night, Mason crawled to his paci, put it in his mouth, then crawled over to a toy...ah, how great! Now he can get his own paci!!! When he is crawling, he looks around for Maci dog...she doesn't know what is getting ready to happen...He will be chasing her around everywhere. He is starting to become a little pig...for lunch he ate a container of apples, carrots, and 7 ounces of formula. On the other hand, Maci dog has a double ear infection...yes, that's right our dog does. She has been flipping and scratching her ears for the past few days, so I took her to the vet this morning. Mason sleeps thru the night...now Maci dog is keeping us up! Still no news about Springfield for Heath. I just started online classes...let's see if I can manage with Mason.

827 photos....7 1/2 months old :)

Well I was behind in printing pictures of Mason. I was so afraid something would happen to my computer and external hard drive, and then I wouldn't have a picture of Mason....so I decided to upload all my photos to Wal-Mart.com. The next day I picked up 827 pictures of Mason! I bet Wal-Mart just loved me for that order. I started online classes today....we will see how this goes :-/ Mason UPDATE: He is sitting up and starting to crawl. He is trying to crawl after Maci dog....Let the fun begin!

Freezing Fog?!

Yes, Freezing Fog! and I have to say that it is very pretty....I have never seen it until today. I'm hoping it will still be around in the morning so I can get some pictures. It is so cold that the fog actually freezes to objects...like trees. All the trees look like someone stayed up all night painting them with sparkling white kinda clear paint. I know very hard to describe, HOPEFULLY I can take pictures in the morning. The Carter's outlet is having the Super Duper Sale....it is great! All Clearance is an extra 20% off...I bought Mason pj's up to 2t. Mason is still trying so hard to crawl..he can move backwards....it will be any minute now. I'm still sorting all the pictures from Christmas, so I will post soon. (REMEMBER: COMMENTS ARE GREAT....Leave comments....even if you don't have an account on here...I want to know people actually are reading)

ShEw....it's REALLY COLD!!

IT'S SO COLD....I can't say that enough.....the temperature got close to -30 with wind chill plus all the snow. We survived all the running Christmas brings....it was nice to go back to see everyone. I will post pictures from Christmas soon, but I am so behind from moving. Mason is trying so hard to crawl...he is moving backwards but no forward motion yet. Mason must have song "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" because he got them...on the bottom.

So I put Mason in his car seat w/o hooking it...
Maci had to go outside....the front door is about 10 feet away...
(all this took place within a minute)...I turned around this is what I found...

My dad bought Mason a flashlight at Wal-Mart....it shines different images on the wall....this always gets his attention when he is upset...he loves it!

When you are teething...you will chew on anything.
